An image is displayed onto the paper then traced with a sharpie or pencil. Blue painters tape is an essential commodity, as are giant pieces of colored paper and a good pair of scissors. Tape placement on floor decorations is actually a science. A well placed piece of tape can prevent decorations from falling and even discourage residents from stealing them! Dr. Seuss seems to be a popular floor theme among the residence halls this year.
